The Brainbots are Megamind's robot assistants. They have special abilities such as light display and flight, they also have dog-like personalities.
Video Games
- In the DS and PSP version, they were re-programmed by the Blue Tighten, causing them to turn against their own boss (Megamind).
- In the Xbox360, PS3, and Wii Version, they are playable characters.
Trivia
- there are a few female brainbots seen throughout the movie
- there are brainbots that look similar in appearance to news cameras, but these only make a cameo appearance near the beginning, when the brainbots swarm the opening ceremony of the Metroman Museum, when viewed from above the statue of Metroman.
- the designers of Megamind playfully nicknamed the females "Spice-bots"
