The Doom Syndicate is a villainous organization seen in the television pilot film Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate and the television series Megamind Rules! They were Megamind's former villain team prior to him turning to good.

- An organization known as the Doom Syndicate was originally featured in the video game Megamind: Ultimate Showdown. An early version of the Doom Syndicate was also conceived for the original film and featured in the films' art book, The Art of Megamind.
