Lord Robert Scott is Metro Man's adoptive father and a High-Class citizen of Metro City. He is married to Lady Sally Scott.
History
Robert and Sally Scott were sitting in their living room when a golden child sized rocket containing an alien baby entered their mansion and landed right under their Christmas tree. Lady Sally Scott found the pod as she was about to open her presents and, thinking the baby was a gift from her husband for her, adopted him while Lord Robert Scott didn't bother to look up from his newspaper to see his new son.
