He is the Mayor of Metro City. He, like many others in Metro City, is a huge fan of Metro Man
History
The Mayor of Metro City, like most people in Metro City, adored Metro Man and even had pictures of the hero in the City Hall roof's and bathroom. He, along with everyone else in the city, witnessed Metro Man's apparent death and made no effort to try and stop Megamind from taking over the city. He later witnessed Megamind's fight with Tighten and after the latter won the Mayor, believing that Tighten had "freed" the city from their "Evil Overload", profusely thanked him, only to be flicked several meters away by him.
The Mayor is seen again at the inauguration of the Megamind Museum, where he danced along Megamind and Roxanne Ritchi, although the duo ignored him and danced together.
In the film Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate, he loses his role when Roxanne successfully runs for the position, a role she continues in the series Megamind Rules!
