Megamind's lair (formerly called the "Evil Lair") is the base of operations and home of Megamind and Minion, located on the outskirts of Metro City. It is an abandoned warehouse with a fake observatory on the top. The secret entrance to the lair has graffiti on it that says "GO AWAY! NOBODY LIVES HERE!" among other things.
It would later become Machiavillain's lair however after his defeat would be retaken by Megamind.

- Part of the graffiti on the wall of the Lair says "Kilroy was here".
