Ms. Jane Doe was the teacher of Metro City's Lil' Gifted School for Lil' Gifted Kids.
History
Ms. Jane Doe first appeared when Metro Man (who then was known as "Metro Boy") spun her around in her desk, although she didn't seem bothered by it as kept laughing until she and the children saw Megamind and Minion at the door.
Some time later, when Megamind was showing the class his (possibly) first invention, Minion's robot suit, Ms. Jane Doe just leans against her desk with a bored expression on her face until the laser on Minion's suit accidentaly sets the corn on fire and watches pleased as Metro Boy puts Megamind in the corner and gives Metro Man a gold star. Later, she is seen happily singing with the classroom (with Metro Boy leading them) while Megamind sat in his desk with Minion, away from them.
Later, Metro Boy saves her from being hit with a kick ball that was repelled by Megamind's dodgeball-repelling helmet, resulting on her sending Megamind to the corner and giving Metro Boy another gold star, then she and the children became too busy with praising Metro Boy that none of them noticed Megamind making a smoke bomb, which turned them and the school blue. She is last seen standing by the window, angrily glaring at Megamind as he was carted off to the prison before mockingly waving him goodbye as Metro Boy lifted up the entire building and carried it away.
Her fate is currently unknown after that.
